What's worse than having shipped items disagree with the invoice that comes with them? Not getting a timely response from the shipper when an email is sent asking about it.

Fortunately, the web postage service is not the only place that sells the labels that I plan to use the majority of the time. There is another site that in my experience has a great reputation for shipping what is ordered, so I'll be going with them from this point on... for the labels. They don't sell the postage, but that part happens to work quite well anyway.

As for what was actually shipped? In case I don't hear from them, I'll likely use it eventually, and I didn't lose any money in the deal... the price was the same.

Actually, checking the prices again, they lost money in the deal... all of $1. Serves them right.
