Three install appointments in three days, but none of them have resulted in anyone actually showing up at my door. One wouldn't think that a cable company could show that level of incompetence, but there's the proof. They still insist that they need one of their people to come out here just to plug in a couple of CableCARDs, but not all Comcast areas require that and it doesn't seem to be working very well in this case either. The last support guy I talked with (who was on their national help desk) was even puzzled by their being so hardheaded about it.

I've suggested that they rethink that policy, and supposedly the comments have been forwarded, but in my case it's too little too late.
