Lost sale, or lost soul?

I received an email this evening, and I'm still scratching my head. I did manage a translation, though, which makes a little more sense...

I just want you guys to know just exactly how you lost a sale.

I never wanted your software. This is just a lame excuse.

In attempting to purchase your product it required me to enter an ID which I do not possess. The funny thing is that your web site gives no information as to how to obtain this ID.

I see the forest, but where are the trees? 1

Do not bother to reply to this e-mail.even with detailed step by step instructions.

I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.

Any company that runs their business this way has no software that I want to install on my device.

I only use free software, hence the first point.

1 Next to the prompt for the ID he can't find any information for, there's a handy "What's this?" link that would have taken him right to it.
