You know, it would have been very convenient if Ford had sent a recall notice for older Escape Hybrids (including mine) a couple of weeks ago when mine was already in the shop, but noooooo....

Instead, it arrives today.

Since we're not currently in a pre-release crunch mode at work, I should have little problem getting it done one morning later this week and just working from the customer waiting area at Ford. After all, I did that before when I was waiting on my 30k mile maintenance to be done. At least this time I'm not having to pay for anything.
