Hardly a baby step

It's interesting the degrees of heat in the buffalo chicken sauces at the NCR cafeteria. They had mild and hot... the mild fits my definition of that, but according to the cook there the hot contained "6 habaneros, some jalapeños, and who knows what else", reduced a bit as well.

What was funny to both of us was one other guy requesting a cup of some more of the hot version to go with his wrap (which already contained it). You'd think he was a Brooklyn dock worker or something.
