- Celery and carrots
- Chicken breast, sliced
- A little salt and pepper (freshly ground)
- Some broccoli florets, large ones cut in half
- Stir fry sauce (mainly soy sauce and sherry), thinned out with some water
Into the oven that went, at 400 for 24 minutes (a little long, maybe, but only because the chicken wasn't completely thawed going in).
Yum. That's all that need be said :-)
I would have thrown in some noodles if I had any, but I still think it turned out very well for a first try.
