Me: "I ordered a leather case and battery for my phone, but only the case has arrived."
Them: "We checked our records, and they show that both the case and battery were sent. Would you check the box again?"
Me: "No box, only a sealed grey shipping bag, and I checked it 3 times before I wrote you. The battery was not in there."
If they don't send me a battery soonish, I'll be taking my case to Amazon, through which I placed that order.
At the very least, it wasn't the case that was forgotten. The aging battery isn't gone enough yet to really cause me grief, but a broken belt clip kind of puts a damper on carrying the phone around.
