Did my 2nd workout since the year began tonight... actually finished it (each full workout is over 2 nights right now for me, counting weights and time on the bike). I kind of lapsed over the holidays for several reasons, and I'm trying to get back into it.

I'm not as tired as I thought I would be, but I'm definitely feeling it in the muscles that were worked. Not too bad, though... definitely not overdoing it. Still, what I wouldn't give for a back massage right about now... :-)
