About time, I guess...

After over 3 years writing and selling shareware, I guess it's about time that I ran into my first of an unfortunately common breed of individual... the irate moron (moronicus iratum). He demanded a refund because he couldn't figure out the software he bought before trying out the (ahem) trial version, despite a link to a list of good tutorials plastered in all of the prominent spots. On top of that, my technical support apparently sucks, at least according to him, but he wouldn't know since he never bothered to ask for any of it. I mentioned that in my reply to his demand and, if by chance it makes him feel (and maybe look) stupid, then I'm glad.

I'm debating charging a restocking fee for shit like this in the future. I'd say I'm entitled...
